I think most people wouldn't expect such invasive actions in order to demand payment. You would think such irresponsible behavior more likely of a child "remember the nagging kid that said "I want my 2 dollars" yes a paperboy from I have no idea where. Anyway, childish or not, many people are forking over cash just to make them go away.
